Lefebvre Engineering FZC is an integrated service provider in engineering, fabrication, machining and equipment building in the GCC region.

From humble Beginnings in Canada over a century ago, the company has established itself as a reliable provider to an array of industries by completing major projects all around the globe.

Facilities

Lefebvre Engineering FZC owns and operates a 70,000 square feet covered workshop sitting on a 350,000 square feet plot in Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah, UAE.

The workshop is equipped with the following:

Lifting capacity of up to 50 tons.
Band saws/ radial saws with a cutting capacity of up to 1100mm x 1100mm.
handing10 CNC machines capable of light and heavy jobs.
More than 100 welding machines.
15 overhead cranes and numerous jib cranes.

Services

Machining

Our machine shop is equipped with both CNC machines and conventional machines that can handle light and heavy jobs. We employ highly skilled and experienced operators, supervisors, technicians to carry out the work.

Fabrication

Lefebvre has a fabrication capacity of 400 tons a month.

We are well equipped with welding machines, press brakes, shears, band saws / radial saw etc.

LEFEBVRE ENGINEERING has close to a thousand welding procedures that have been developed for steel, stainless steel, aluminium, chrome-molybdenum, nickel and nickel alloys.

These procedures are qualified to ASME-AWS or CSA standards.

Within our welding bays, the following processes are closely controlled: FCAW, GMAW, GTAW, SMAW and SAW.
